INDESCAT invites you to participate in the 3rd edition of INDESUP!  Sports Investment Forum, which will take place in Barcelona on 12th of November 2019, within the framework of Sports Innovation Day.

If you have an entrepreneurship project related to the sports sector, do not hesitate to send us the application form, together with the profit and loss account and the Investor Deck in ppt (optional) of your start-up at xfaura@indescat.org

The deadline for submitting the proposals is the 22th of October 2019

 CONDITIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF CANDIDATES

• Activity related to the world of sport:
• Performance and sports training
• Health and nutrition for sports
• Sports facilities and smart facilities management
• Development of new products or services
• Athletes tracking
• New business models and new sports modalities
• Organization of Sports events
• Fan engagement
• e-sports
• Marketing / sponsorship
• Sports tourism
• Search for a private financing round over 50,000€.
• Management team composed of 2 or more members
• Perfectly defined business plan
• Product / Service technically validated and / or by the market
• With billing or sales
• Not having been selected in previous editions of the Sport Investment Forum of INDESUP! 

 
                                                                              PROJECT SELECTION AND  PRESENTATION PROCESS

The proposals received will be studied by a selection committee formed by mentors of INDESUP!
Based on this analysis, the 6 start-ups that are considered of greatest interest to investors will be selected.
The selection criteria will be as follows:

• Business viability: business model, economic viability, competition level, go-to-market strategy, etc.
• Management team capacity: degree of involvement, skills, experience, etc.
• Impact of the project: generation of jobs, richness, knowledge, increase of the sports practice, etc.
• Degree of innovation: To what extent is the project disruptive to the existing reality?
• Degree of maturity of the project

The projects will be presented in an elevator pitch format (5'), by a member of the entrepreneurial team.
The selected companies are expected to participate in a pitch training workshop before their presentation at the Sports Investment Forum.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS TO TAKE  INTO ACCOUNT

The application to the process has no cost. If due to the participation in the Sport Investment Forum, the start-up closes some financing agreement / round, the start-up will be under an obligation to quote its participation in the forum as the beginning of the closing of the financial round.

If a start-up is selected to participate in the forum, you must formally register for the Sports Innovation Day (Inscription: 60€ per person).

The participation in the INDESUP! Sports Investment Forum automatically involves the start-up application for the VI Premis Empresa i Esport, in the Entrepreneurship category.
