Within the framework of the Skills4Sports project, INDESCAT will prepare a study to analyze the gap between the skills required by the sports sector in Catalonia and professionals in the sports industry.
The project aims to increase the employability of NEETs in the MED area, training new professionals for the sports sector, reducing skills mismatch and involving key stakeholders.
