On Thursday 12nd April, a new edition of the conference organized by the Master in Sports Management of the UPF Barcelona School of Management was held, which had the collaboration of INDESCAT.
On its seventh editcion, the conference was dedicated to communication in the sports industry and It had the participation of outstanding professionals of the sector that approached the management and planning of the communication from different perspectives.
The day was developed in different thematic blocks:
- In the morning, issues linked to innovation were dealt, like the impact of sponsorship in real time or the organization of e-sports leagues. The athletes' communication management and the work carried out from sports brands were also tackled.
- In the afternoon, more issues related to sports journalism were presented, where the new trends of this type of journalism were discussed, highlighting the magazines that relate culture and sports or the intrusion of athletes as media.
